A MESSAGE FROM OUR ORGANIZERS
Dear supporters of the Arts Atlantic Symposium,
On April 24, New Brunswick’s Premier Blaine Higgs announced that large public gatherings such as festivals and concerts are prohibited through Dec. 31, 2020. Sadly, this decision draws a line through our Atlantic Art Symposium planning for Oct. 14-18, 2020.
In response to this announcement, the symposium — a multidisciplinary art festival and conference celebrating the challenges and successes of professional artists in Atlantic Canada — is being postponed to the fall of 2021 with dates to be determined.
We would like to thank our sponsors and community supporters for the enthusiasm that they have already expressed for this bold endeavour. We look forward to collaborating with you all on the 2021 edition of this exciting event.
If you have any questions, please contact info@artslinknb.com.
Be safe. Be well. Let the arts enfold you in these challenging times.
*POSTPONED DUE TO COVID-19*

what is
ARTS ATLANTIC
Produced by not for profit professional arts organization ArtsLink NB, the Arts Atlantic Symposium is a multi-day conference and festival that will celebrate the tenacity and creativity of professional artists, and will explore the unique challenges they face in the Atlantic region.
This event aims to dispel myths — and perhaps create some new mythology — as well as investigate the past, present, and future of art born out of the Atlantic provinces.
The programming of the three-day conference is designed to build connections among artists of all disciplines, develop new audiences, and revel in the perspective of the Atlantic region’s art.
